Triming Model


Triming Model is an intervention framework designed for individuals in the workplace, operating through processes and methods that differ significantly from conventional Coaching models.

Rooted in multidisciplinary research, it represents a
highly effective tool for the corporate world — developed and refined over years of experimentation within international business environments.
The model is capable of transcending, sometimes even in a dichotomous way, the traditional limitations of standard developmental approaches used to date.

The term “
Triming” derives from "trimtab" — the engineering component that transforms drag into lift, enabling stable performance in both flight and navigation.

The model was born in the field — within companies — and simultaneously developed in research settings through collaboration among professionals.

Conceived in 2015,
it was used exclusively on an experimental basis for over ten years by its founder and a small circle of certified collaborators.

The differences are structural, both in terms of theoretical foundations and practical application.
As the model has rapidly gained relevance in corporate people development, here are some of its key distinguishing elements:

  • It is based on scientific methodologies, integrating multiple schools of psychological thought to build a time-dynamic construct aligned with the individual’s life cycle.
     

  • It adopts an analysis–intervention process similar to that used in medicine, known as the “trial and error approach.”
     

  • Each intervention involves a complex analytical and quantitative phase, from which subsequent actions are derived.
     

  • It is directive and prescriptive — it does not rely on the participant to generate solutions.
     

  • It is applied exclusively by certified professionals with specific academic and professional backgrounds, following a selective qualification process.
     

  • Its operational matrix is both quantitative and psychological, focusing on the measurement of events and outcomes.
     

  • The timing of interventions is deliberately intensive and structured.
